Guy Takeo Kawasaki

Guy Takeo Kawasaki is an American-Japanese marketing specialist, author, and Silicon Valley venture capitalist. He is a graduate of Stanford University.

In 1983, he worked at Apple as a chief evangelist. In 1987 he was hired to lead ACIUS, the U.S. subsidiary of France-based ACI. He returned to work at Apple in 1995. In 1998, he was a co-founder of Garage Technology Ventures, a venture capital firm.In 2007, he founded Truemors, a free-flow rumor mill. In 2014, he became the chief evangelist of Canva, a free graphic-design website.

Guy has written some books some of which include The Macintosh Way, The Computer Curmudgeon, Enchantment: The Art of Changing Hearts, Minds, and Actions, The Art of Social Media: Power Tips for Power Users.
